Seminars & Workshops

SWSLC offers free legal seminars, workshops and information for community workers, clients of service providers, cultural associations, groups, agencies, etc. These take the form of:

1. Public seminars and workshops

Legal seminars and workshops are scheduled throughout the year on topical issues and areas of law. Everyone is invited to attend public seminars. A small fee may apply to cover the cost of venue hire and catering. Regularly check our News and Events section for details of upcoming seminars and workshops.

2. Tailor made seminars and workshops

We can design legal seminars and workshops that cater for your particular needs.  Contact our office if you are interested in making arrangements. Please allow at least four weeks notice.

3. Fact Sheets

We produce Fact Sheets on a number of areas of law which are available on our website. See the Fact Sheets section.

4. Brochures

In addition to our own Fact Sheets, SWSLC stocks brochures on a range of legal issues, which we can make available to you. See the Brochures list.
