SWSLC receives regular funding from the Federal and State Governments through:

• Commonwealth Attorney-General's Community Legal Services Funding Program
• NSW Attorney-General's Community Legal Services Funding Program
• NSW Attorney-General's Women's Domestic Violence Court Assistance Program

Periodically, SWSLC receives funding from other sources for special projects. For example:

• Department of Community Services - Community Services Grants Program for the Can You Hear Me? anti-bullying legal theatre project
• Law and Justice Foundation for the Marla domestic violence legal theatre project
